The Women Empowered® Program is a safe, supportive, and empowering self-defense program designed specifically for women of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels—no martial arts experience required.



Whether you’re new to self-defense or simply looking for a positive space to build confidence, this program gently guides you through 20 essential techniques based on Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, a proven martial art designed to help you stay calm, escape danger, and protect yourself effectively against real-life threats—especially common scenarios involving larger or stronger opponents.



What to Expect:



• Supportive Environment: You’ll be learning with other women who are on the same journey—many of whom also started with zero experience.

• Real-World Skills: You’ll gain practical techniques to handle situations like being grabbed, pinned, or pulled, with strategies to stay safe and in control.
